Investment Strategy

We design our investment strategy around a “collaborative road-map” that we develop in partnership with the founders and existing management of the company, align our interests with theirs and strive as a team towards achieving the common goals. Even before the completion of the transaction, we sit together with the management and have a real conversation about the long-term and short-term goals, identify the business drivers, and current challenges. This helps us understand where we are currently and where we want to be over the period of next couple of years. Then we use our advisory experience to develop a collaborative performance improvement strategy to address those problem areas and design a sustainable solution to create long-term value rather than a generating short-term profits through immediate cost cutting.
